Chris has over 40 years of experience managing a successful wireline company in East Texas. He joined Ridge in 2024 as part of the ownership team and now handles specialty field operations including pipe recovery and design of complex completion projects.

Felix has 15 years of experience in facilitating wireline projects. He serves as the explosives manager, a field completions engineer and is the shop / project coordinator ensuring that job are completed as designed.
